Situated in Toledo’s historic Old Town, this former blacksmith’s workshop dates back to 1815 and has been converted into a charming hotel. It sits next to the Puerta del Sol and the Cristo de la Luz Mosque, just 450 metres from Zocodóver Square, and offers stunning views of the River Tajo.
The Abad Toledo blends original character—exposed wooden beams and stone walls—with modern comforts like free Wi-Fi. Every air-conditioned room includes a satellite TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
The hotel features a bar, and its central spot puts you within a short walk of countless shops and restaurants. The Palacio de Congresos El Greco Conference Centre is just 350 metres away. With a 24-hour front desk, guests can come and go freely. An airport shuttle is available for an extra fee, and car rental can be arranged on-site. Public parking is also nearby for a small charge.
Couples especially love the location, giving it a 9.5 rating for two-person trips.
