The best thing was the treatment of the reception staff, especially Jasmine
Location is almost perfect. In old town, near French district and all touristic places. Staff is very very kind.

Staff was very helpful. They had excellent language skills.
The building was just small but the room was spacious, clean and speaking of cleanliness, they did clean the room every day.
The people at this hotel are the BEST, so helpful with questions, tours, transfers, etc. We were able to spend a few nights, then go to Halong Bay.
