Good location, 10-15 minutes walking to old city.

5 minutes walk to the train station, close to the historic center.

The owner was very helpful and friendly.
He provided us with a lovely breakfast everyday and we could help ourselves to a tea and water when we needed it.
The host is so considerate.
When I said that I wouldn't have breakfast because I am gluten-free, he went out that night to buy gluten-free options.
Some people were complaining that the bathroom isn't fully equipped (e.g., no hair dryer).
