The price was good compared to other hotels in Bilbao.
Great location, near the old town, and quiet. Comfortable rooms. Not big, but perfect for a city break. Staff were very friendly and the downstairs...
Location was ok however the upper part of the street (from metro station to hotel) is terrible.

Staff were amazing, super helpful and really nice. Air con was good, it was 41 degrees outside so very nice to come in and be able to put the air...
