Borgo Villa a Sesta

Set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, Villa Di Sotto is a charming 19th-century farmhouse located just a 20-minute drive from Siena. Surrounded by rolling vineyards and olive groves, the property boasts a lush garden with two outdoor panoramic pools and three dedicated wellness spaces.

The rooms and apartments at this villa offer serene views of the natural landscape, furnished with antique wooden pieces and equipped with a TV and external Wi-Fi. Each apartment includes a cozy living and dining area alongside a fully stocked kitchen.

The on-site à la carte restaurant presents the perfect setting to savor regional dishes, Italian favorites, and Chianti wines. Although reservations for lunch or dinner are not mandatory, they’re highly advised since the eatery also welcomes outside guests. A well-appointed wine shop is available, offering a diverse assortment of local and international vintages, where you can browse, taste, or purchase.

During the summer months, from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., guests can unwind at the two scenic outdoor pools, which are shared with other visitors and included in your stay.

For a more exclusive experience, book the Relax Area/SPA featuring an infinity pool with vistas, a Jacuzzi, and a sun terrace; the Wellness Island with an outdoor hot tub set near the olive grove; or the Cave, reserved for guests aged 16 and above, which includes a Finnish sauna or biosauna, a sensory shower, and a jacuzzi. Each accommodation is entitled to private use of one of these wellness zones for one hour daily, also included in your stay. To schedule your time, email us two days before your arrival or simply ask at check-in.

For the Relax Area and Wellness Island, each person needs one towel or bathrobe, which can be rented from us or brought along. Accessing the Cave requires two towels per person (or one towel and one bathrobe), again rentable or your own. Fancy a drink while you relax? Order an aperitif, and we’ll deliver it straight to the poolside (for an additional fee).
