Haus Stehlings is a historic property dating from 1780, set in one of the most scenic spots in Monschau’s Old Town, right on the Rur River. Guests enjoy lovely views of the area’s half-timbered houses and landmarks, while the river’s gentle flow creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Acquired in 2018, the house has been gradually renovated while carefully preserving its historic character. The building’s unique architecture and original features let guests truly experience authentic Monschau.

The house now contains five separate units. One unit has its own kitchen; the others are comfortable rooms without kitchens, perfect for short stays or spontaneous visits.

With its central Old Town location, restaurants, cafés, shops, and main sights are all a short walk away. At the same time, the house is set back from through traffic, so you can enjoy a pleasantly quiet setting by the water.
