This is in fact a fully self-contained small house on three levels, the street level containing only the entrance leading to stairs upward.

Super clean, comfortable and light-filled apartment within easy walking distance to the train station and the old town. The kitchen was well-equipped.
Maria was a more-than-helpful host, great communication, and a perfect position close to the station, good shops, and the river. House was immaculate.
