Chateau Appony

Nestled within a 16th-century Renaissance manor, Château Appony sits peacefully in the village of Oponice, just 20 kilometers from Nitra. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the wellness center, which features a swimming pool, a hot tub, and three distinct saunas.

Inside, visitors can explore a historic library housing 17,000 original volumes from the Baroque period. The on-site restaurant serves both traditional Slovak dishes and Mediterranean flavors, while the garden offers barbecue spots and shaded gazebos.

Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a minibar, with air-conditioned options available on the second floor upon request at the front desk. Please note that, being a heritage building, the château has no elevator.
