The facility was remarkable following a hurricane; its impact was minimal.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently acknowledged guests.
All aspects of the room except the balcony door were found to be in excellent condition.
Some areas experienced structural issues, particularly with the balcony door.
Maintenance personnel spent considerable time trying to repair a broken balcony door but eventually relocated guests to another room.
Staff members were highly friendly and accommodating during our stay.
Breakfast options were described as 'yummy' and 'beautiful,' indicating high-quality offerings.
