Hotel El Balear

Hotel El Balear captures the authentic Catalan character that makes Alghero so special, with a prime position overlooking the sea and sweeping views across the bay.

As the sole beachfront hotel in Alghero’s city centre, you’re just a 50-metre stroll along the promenade to a quaint sandy cove and a rocky platform naturally carved into the shoreline.

The historic heart of the city, bustling with shops, boutiques, and eateries, sits a mere 400 metres away.

Inside, the rooms are bright, airy, and generously sized, outfitted with modern amenities and balconies that open onto sea vistas.

The on-site restaurant showcases the best of Sardinian and Mediterranean flavours, prepared with care.

For couples, the setting truly stands out—guests travelling as a pair have scored the location an impressive 9.4 out of 10.
