Ellekær-Gård

This refurbished early 1900s farmhouse is within 30 minutes’ drive of Frederikshavn and Aalborg. In summer, Ellekær-Gård’s furnished terrace is a nice place to relax in the sun.

Toilets, showers and laundry facilities in the main building are shared with the owner. The annex has shared bathrooms as well.

Lunches can be ordered, on request. The nearest supermarket is in Flauenskjold, 4 miles away.

There are good opportunities for nature walks and trekking in the area.

Shops and restaurants are found in Dronninglund, 10 miles from Ellekær-Gård. The 14th-century Voergård Castle is 2 miles from the farmhouse, while the sandy Sæby Beach is about 20 minutes drive away. Bird watching in the natural surroundings is a common area activity.
