Floating Village Brombachsee

Germany’s only 4-star holiday home resort, Floating Village Lake Brombach, features villas set directly on the water. A shuttle service transports guests to the village by boat or golf cart.

Most bungalows include two full bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and living area with breathtaking views. Each also has a deck and roof terrace furnished with lounge seating.

All floating villas come with a flat-screen TV and sound system. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, oven, dishes, and a toaster, plus a refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle.

Many bungalows feature a gas fireplace. Gas, utensils, towels, bed linens, and WiFi are all included.

Each unit is equipped with a digital concierge for ordering breakfast for adults and children, baguette snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, wine, or beer. Deliveries are usually made by boat.

On-site services include massages and yoga, and standup paddleboards (SUPs) are available for rent. Nearby activities include boat trips on Lake Brombach, bicycle, boat, and wakeboard rentals, plus a golf club and summer toboggan run. Guests can also explore Ellingen Castle or follow the 400 km of cycle paths along the Franconian Bike Route.

Each bungalow comes with a complimentary car parking space. The resort is 16 km from Günzenhausen, 44 km from Ansbach, 60 km from Nuremberg Airport, and 150 km from Munich Airport. Airport transfers are available for an additional fee.
