This traditional hotel is just a five-minute drive from Füssen and the Austrian border, and several of its rooms come with stunning views over Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles.
Accommodations at the Hotel Garni Schlossblick feature dark wood furnishings, a desk, and a private bathroom. Select rooms also offer a balcony or terrace that looks out onto the famous Neuschwanstein Castle.
In the morning, guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet while taking in the castle scenery. Instead of in-room TVs, there’s a cozy shared lounge where you can relax. The hotel sits right in the heart of Hohenschwangau, just 500 meters from nearby restaurants, cafés, and the castle ticket center.
The Bavarian Alps that surround the area are perfect for hiking and cycling, and the Alpsee Lake—great for boat rentals—is only a 10-minute stroll away.
