Arenys de Mar is great localization to go north (Tossa de Mar) or visit Barcelona. Hostel itself is close to train station (2-3 minutes walk)....
First, i'd like to point out the kindness of the owners. We arrived almost 2 hours late (at midnight) for our check-in due to public transport...
