Housel Bay Hotel

Perched on the edge of the wild at the southernmost tip of mainland Britain, Housel Bay Hotel sits in a largely unexplored corner of Cornwall, surrounded by dramatic, untouched landscapes. Opened in the summer of 1894, this Victorian property was the creation of renowned Cornish architect Silvanus Trevail.

Housel Bay Hotel is home to two distinctive restaurants, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. The Terrace offers sweeping views of Housel Bay, its gardens, and the dramatic Lizard Peninsula, while Fallowfields—awarded three rosettes—features an open kitchen and a special tasting menu. Guests can enjoy locally sourced drinks in Marconi’s bar, the Snug, or the beautiful garden with endless sea views. A yoga studio is available for all, and a hidden beach lies just steps below the hotel.
