Ishibu-so

Only a 5-minute walk from the sea, Ishibu-so offers Japanese-style rooms, a hot spring bath and local cuisine featuring seafood specialities, which is served in the guestroom. Free Wi-Fi is available at the lobby, as well as free morning coffee.

Guests at Ishibu-so can smell the salty air from the sea, and unwind in the hotel’s hot spring bath any time of the day. The bathroom is available for private use. A shared fridge can be used at the lounge, while free parking is on-site.

Rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor, on which traditional futon bedding is spread to sleep in. A seating area offers a coffee table and chairs, while the room comes with an LCD TV, a washing basin and an attached toilet. Yukata robes are provided, and bathrooms are shared.

The Ishibu Tanada rice terraces a 5-minute drive away offer Mount Fuji views in good weather. Ishibu-so is only a 3-minute drive from the scenic Senganmon Rock Gate. Izukyu Shimoda Station is a 60-minute drive.

Japanese meals are served for breakfast and dinner, in the privacy of the guestroom.
