About Hotell Klockargården

Klockargården Hotel, dating back to 1937, is set in beautifully preserved timber cottages surrounded by peaceful gardens. Each room is individually decorated in a style true to the Dalarna region, featuring cable TV, a work desk, and Wi-Fi. Lake Siljan lies just 1 km away.

The on-site restaurant serves classic dishes made with local ingredients in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Traditional thin bread is still baked in the historic Bagarstugan from 1816, while Nostalgiboden offers local treats and old-fashioned candies.

In winter, guests can enjoy sleigh rides through nearby villages or go ice skating on Lake Siljan.

The centre of Rättvik is a 15-minute drive from the hotel, and free parking is available on site.

Couples especially appreciate the setting, giving it a 9.2 rating for two-person trips.

Our overall score combines reviews from our booking partners, summarised in our own words, with reviews written directly on Housity. Every review shows where it comes from.

Partner reviews: only guests who completed a stay through one of our booking partners can review there. We read those reviews and summarise them in our own words, so they are not word-for-word quotes and we don't show guest names. The score shown is the property's score on that partner's site; when several partners …
