La Demeure de Laclais

Nestled in the historic heart of Le Mans, this charming 19th-century bed and breakfast is just six minutes from the Le Mans TGV train station. It boasts sweeping city views and complimentary WiFi for all guests.

In July 2018, the Place du Cardinal Grente—where the B&B is situated—served as a filming location for the movie *Le Mans 66*. Our facade can be spotted in both the trailer and the film itself. During production, the hotel functioned as a production base: the Tourelle Room became Christian Bale’s rest area, our living room served as James Mangold’s office, and the front-of-house staff area was used for makeup and costumes.
