Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Arriving early? An extra KRW 20,000 applies per hour before standard check-in (any entry before 10:00 AM is charged a full night’s rate).
• Staying longer? Late check-out costs KRW 20,000 per hour (not applicable on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holiday eves; after 3:00 PM, a full night fee applies).
• Both early arrival and late departure are possible only with prior notice and incur additional fees—please contact us in advance.
• For arrivals after 10:00 PM, call the front desk at 070-4465-7894.
• Lost room key? A replacement costs KRW 10,000 per card.

Smoking & Room Care
• Marina Bay Seoul Hotel is 100% smoke-free, including e-cigarettes. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area. Violations inside rooms result in a KRW 200,000 fine.
• Avoid using strong adhesives on walls or ceilings, and handle bedding and equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence may lead to compensation claims.
• Room occupancy is strictly limited to the maximum number specified per room type—this includes infants and toddlers.
• Cooking is not allowed in any room. Items like burners, electric grills, or similar equipment are prohibited.
• Furniture and fixtures cannot be rearranged or relocated within rooms for safety and asset protection reasons.
• The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from guest negligence.
• Pets are not permitted. If found, guests will be asked to leave immediately.

Swimming Pool Guidelines

July–August Schedule

*Indoor Pool (3F) – Same hours daily*
• Session 1: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Session 2: 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Session 3: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Session 4: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Break: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

*Skypool (17F) – Same hours daily*
• Session 1: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Session 2: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Break: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Key Points
• Children under 48 months cannot use the Skypool; kids over 48 months must be accompanied by an adult (one child per adult).
• Pool access is available only for guests staying in Premier Family Twin, Suite, and Character rooms.
• Small children must stay with a guardian at all times.
• To manage crowd flow, each visit is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Entry may be temporarily restricted if the pool reaches capacity.
• Pool vouchers are given at check-in (front desk).
• The Skypool’s second session (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM) is adults-only.
• Each voucher allows one single entry per stay—no re-entry or sharing between pools.
• Inflatable tubes and water toys are not allowed, except for wearable life vests for kids.
• Swimwear, rash guards, and swim caps are mandatory—no rentals available; some items are sold at the 1st-floor convenience store.
• No outside food or drinks inside the pool area.
• Photography (underwater or otherwise) indoors is prohibited.
• Towels are free, but extras cost KRW 2,000 each.
• Rooftop pool amenities like cabanas and sunbeds are available for rent (2-hour blocks, paid).

Breakfast Information

• Reservations and payment must be completed at least one day ahead via QR codes or tablets at the front desk or in-room. Same-day bookings are not accepted.
• Pricing: Adults – KRW 19,000; Children (36 months to 10 years) – KRW 12,000; Under 36 months – free (ID required for verification).
• Breakfast hours: 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (last entry at 9:30 AM).

Important
• Arrival times at stops may shift due to traffic or weather.
• On weekends (Sat & Sun), the Hyundai Premium Outlet stop is skipped between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• The Outlet stop may also be bypassed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays depending on congestion.
