The environment is good, there are many birds around the house, there is a path to see quetzals, and I saw 4 of them. The meal was delicious. The staff is friendly but the front desk is often missing. Below is another hotel, Paraiso Quetzals. When I booked another Quetzal itinerary, they said they would have free breakfast. However, on the day of the itinerary, the front desk changed people and refused to acknowledge it, so they were charged $15 per person.
