The receptionist came ahead and helped them with the luggage and made the check-in process quick and smooth.
The hotel was lovely, Turkish style decorated. In the evening, a Turkish lamp created a specific atmosphere in the room.
Extremely pleased with the hotel, especially due to its exceptional hygiene standards and the warm and helpful staff.
Staff were very friendly, comfortable room, and nice breakfast.
The hotel was located in a pure suburb, close to the ski resort.
