Pension Katrin

Pension Katrin is a family-run guesthouse in the green Nonntal district of Salzburg, about 1 km from the old town. The house has several rooms on the upper floors, reached by stairs only, with free wifi and free parking on site. Reception is available at check-in from 14:00, and check-out runs from 07:30. A bus stop 80 m away connects the centre and the train station every ten minutes.

Location
The guesthouse sits on Nonntaler Hauptstraße in Nonntal, south of the historic centre, which lies roughly 1 km away. The Museum der Moderne Salzburg is about 1.6 km from the door, the Salzburger Landestheater around 1.7 km and Mirabell Palace some 2 km. Bicycle and running trails pass close to the house.

All rooms are carpeted, soundproofed and non-smoking, with private bathroom, hairdryer, free toiletries, flat-screen cable TV, telephone, desk, safe, fan, heating, wardrobe and an electric kettle with tea and coffee maker. Upper floors are reached by stairs only. Double Room: 18 m² with one large double bed, renovated and furnished with solid wood pieces by a local carpenter; suits couples.
Small Single Room: 12 m² with one single bed, renovated in the same style; suits one guest.
Twin Room: 17 m² with two single beds and satellite TV; suits two people travelling separately.
Junior Suite: 33 m² with one large double bed, mini-bar and seating; suits couples wanting more space.
Suite: 29 m² with one large double bed, balcony, sofa and cable TV in bedroom and living room.
Standard Single Room: 14 m² with one single bed, private shower bathroom and mini-bar.

Facilities
Breakfast is served daily and special diet meals are available on request. Wine and champagne can be ordered for an extra charge. Housekeeping is daily, with wake-up service and invoices provided at reception. The property is smoke-free, with fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, key access and a safe. Staff speak German, English, French and Italian.
