Haus Rosenauer Zimmer & Ferienwohnungen

Haus Rosenauer Zimmer & Ferienwohnungen is a guesthouse in Nussdorf am Attersee, set in a quiet countryside spot about 1.5 metres from Lake Attersee, with its own private beach on the shore. Rooms and apartments share the house with free parking, free wifi, non-smoking rooms and family rooms, and hiking and cycling trails begin right outside. The nearest restaurant is in Nussdorf, roughly 800 metres away.

Location
The property stands in open countryside outside Nussdorf am Attersee, a village on the northern shore of the lake, and the centre with its restaurant lies about 800 metres off. This part of the Salzkammergut is known for its water and mountains, and the private beach gives direct access to the lake for swimming and water sports.

Walks and climbs start from the door: the Adlerspitze peak rises about 8.6 kilometres away, and the Taferlklaussee nature reserve lies around 9.7 kilometres from the house. Hikers can also head for the Hochleckenkogel at roughly 10.4 kilometres and the Brunnkogel at about 10.9 kilometres, while the Grünalmkogel stands some 12.4 kilometres away.

Rooms
All rooms come with a private bathroom with hairdryer, heating, a flat-screen satellite TV, a safe and a wardrobe, and each has a balcony with lake views. Carpeted floors and a socket by the bed are standard; the apartments add a kitchen. Couples and small families fit well.

Facilities
There is no breakfast, and the pool is no longer in operation. Guests have free parking on site, free wifi and a convenience store in the building. Water sports facilities on the lake carry a charge, as do fishing and the golf course within 2 miles. A game room with ping-pong, a garden with terrace and outdoor furniture, and beach umbrellas and loungers are available. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out from 08:00. The property is smoke-free.
