About Posada Venero

Nestled in the Cantabrian countryside right next to Cabarceno Wildlife Park, Posada Venero is a beautifully restored 19th-century house. It features stylish guest rooms and a small spa complete with a sauna and hot tub.

All heated rooms are individually decorated and include a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Most offer views over Acebo Lake or the surrounding mountains. Each comes with a modern bathroom equipped with a shower and hairdryer, while guests using the spa can enjoy provided bathrobes and slippers. Some rooms also have a balcony or terrace.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory, which is also open for dinner and tapas. The house also includes a cozy lounge with a fireplace and comfortable sofas.

The beaches at Somo and Loredo are about a 25-minute drive away, and Santander is 25 km from the property.
Couples particularly appreciate the location—rating it 9.6 for two-person stays.

Our overall score combines reviews from our booking partners, summarised in our own words, with reviews written directly on Housity. Every review shows where it comes from.

Partner reviews: only guests who completed a stay through one of our booking partners can review there. We read those reviews and summarise them in our own words, so they are not word-for-word quotes and we don't show guest names. The score shown is the property's score on that partner's site; when several partners …
