Quinta de Fiães - Agroturismo

Quinta de Fiães - Agroturismo is a family-run farm stay in the village of Vilar de Maçada, in the Douro region. The estate has rooms and apartments, an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar, free parking and free wifi, and reception with private check-in and check-out. It sits in the countryside outside the town centre, surrounded by vineyards and hills.

Location
Vilar de Maçada lies in the Douro region, near the A4 motorway. The property stands in a rural setting outside the centre, with vineyards and hills around it. Vila Real Airport is about 14 km away, the Castro do Pópulo hillfort about 8 km and the Pelourinho de Alijó about 11 km. Alijó, Favaios, Pinhão and Peso da Régua are within easy reach by car.

Rooms
All rooms and apartments have a private bathroom, a TV with satellite and cable channels, heating, a hairdryer and extra-long beds. Apartments add a living area, a kitchenette with stovetop and refrigerator, a dining table and often a fireplace. Some units open onto a balcony or terrace with garden, pool, vineyard or hill views. Double rooms suit couples; apartments suit families and longer stays.

Four-Bedroom Apartment: 120 m², a terrace, a large living area and a kitchenette; it sleeps up to eight adults.
Double Room with Pool View: 20 m², one large double bed and a private bathroom, with the pool in sight.
Economy Double Room: 20 m², one extra-large double bed and a walk-in shower.
Two-Bedroom Apartment with Pool View: 75 m², two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with garden views.
Superior Apartment: 120 m², four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room and garden views; it sleeps up to eight.

Facilities
Breakfast is served daily, and dinner is available by reservation. The restaurant and bar cover meals and drinks, with special diet menus on request and kids' meals for a charge. Outside are a seasonal pool, a sun deck, a garden, a picnic area and barbecue facilities, some for a charge. Bicycle rental, bike tours, airport transfers, babysitting, laundry and meeting rooms cost extra. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out from 09:00. Pets are welcome, smoking is limited to a designated area, and the property has an elevator and facilities for disabled guests.
