Tucked away on Strada Giulia 16 in the heart of Bolgheri, this guest house makes exploring the area effortless. It’s a short drive to local highlights—Piombino’s ferry terminal sits 47 km away, Acqua Village is 18 km off, and Cavallino Matto amusement park lies just 12 km from the door. For those flying in, Pisa International Airport is 72 km out.
Built for grown-ups only, the rooms here keep things calm and cool, with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and lovely views over the town. You’ll find a handy desk for getting work done, complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, and soundproofed walls so outside noise stays where it belongs—outside.
When it comes to amenities, the stay is nicely stocked: fast WiFi comes free, check-in and check-out are handled privately for extra convenience, and there are bicycles ready to rent if you want to pedal around. Each room also comes with a fridge, a TV, and that same great soundproofing so you can unwind in peace.
Mornings start on a tasty note with an à la carte Italian breakfast, featuring regional treats, buttery pastries, cheese, and fresh juice. The breakfast nook is a welcoming spot to ease into the day before heading out to explore.
