The location is perfect for walking into the city centre, beautiful house and gardens. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff great.

Breakfast was amazing with several options for 1 scone dish and other main dish. Location close to the center of the city and several brewaries.

Beautiful old home on the slopes of Skinner Butte. Comfortable rooms, good shower pressure, beautiful grounds.
