Free bicycles to borrow. The hotel had great location, walkable and bikable to many attractions. It had a non-chain boutique hotel vibe. There was a glass of champagne at check-in. Accommodating staff, very helpful and friendly. Complimentary champagne on arrival. Free pastries in lobby. Free water in refrigerators in hallway. Personalized service, excellent location, easily walk to historic sites/restaurants/ferry boats. High recommendation for location and service quality.
