The canteen service was initially unsatisfactory, but was efficiently managed with the support of Felicia.
The cleanliness of the rooms is discreet, and the welcome and familiarity of the village make it pleasant and relaxing.
Guests were complimented on the Summer Animation event, which included many talented animators.
There were issues with the service at the restaurant regarding the waiters' behavior.
The buffet catering had some drawbacks, particularly concerning the speed of dish removal and diners' anxiety caused by it.
