Seehotel Süd is a small, privately run adults-only hotel directly on Lake Wörthersee, a 7-minute walk from Velden town centre. It has 17 rooms, some with lake views, two swimming pools, a private beach area, a bar and a wellness area with sauna and steam room. Reception is staffed from 11:00 to 18:30, and free parking is available in the underground garage.

Location
The hotel stands on the Seecorso in Velden am Wörthersee, on the shore of the lake and about 7 minutes on foot from the centre. Schloss Velden is roughly 700 m away, Schloss Rosegg about 2.9 km and the Pyramidenkogel 7.1 km. Klagenfurt Airport lies some 22 km from the property.

Rooms
All rooms come with a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries, a TV with cable and satellite channels, heating, a desk, a seating area, a safe and a wardrobe, and all are reached by elevator. Carpeted floors and hypoallergenic bedding suit guests with sensitivities. Each room has a balcony.
Double Room with Balcony without Lake View: A 25 m² room with one extra-large double bed for two adults, facing away from the lake. The bathroom has a bathtub only.
Junior Suite with Balcony: A 45 m² suite with a bedroom, a separate living room with sofa bed and lateral lake views. It sleeps up to four adults.
Superior Double or Twin Room with Lake View and Balcony: A spacious 29 m² room with one extra-large double bed, a balcony overlooking the lake and a flat-screen TV, for two adults.
Suite with Balcony on the Third Floor: A 45 m² suite on the third floor with a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a balcony with lake views. It holds up to four adults.
