Zanzibar Beach Resort

Located in Zanzibar City near the beach, Zanzibar Beach Resort incorporates a blend of contemporary and Afro-Arabic designs in its architecture. The property has a swimming pool and guests can make use of the free WiFi available at the accommodation.

All rooms at the property are air-conditioned and are equipped with a fan. The Zanzibari beds are draped with a mosquito net and each room is equipped with a telephone, flat screen TV with satellite channels and minibar on request. Guests are welcome to make us of the safe and relax on the terrace or balcony. Each room is complete with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.

A buffet breakfast is served every day at Zanzibar Beach Resort. While the indoor dining Spice Restaurant specializes in African, Oriental and Indian cuisines, the Baobab restaurant serves continental dishes. Guests can also dine at the Seafood Restaurant that serves fresh sea catches or have a drink at the Discovery Bar that serves alcoholic and soft drinks as well as juices. The onsite Café Gold serves freshly ground coffee while the Pool Bar offers a selection of juices, soft and hard drinks.

The staff at the 24-hour front desk are available to help with any queries guests might have. The property also offers currency exchange services and shuttle services to Stone Town. It also comes with a water sports centre, spa and tours and excursions desk.


The resort is 3 miles away from Zanzibar International Airport, Zanzibar Town is a 5-minute drive away.

The property is currently undergoing renovation on some of the Lobby areas only, and alternative facilities have been set up on-site. The renovations will be completed on 16th September 2023.
