Day1: Pick up, transfer to Nyungwe national park and the overnight at the forest resort.
Our drive-guide will come for pick up at your place at 9AM.
Drive heading the South-West of Rwanda to Nyungwe national Park. This 4hours and 30min roadtrip will reward you with scenic road views of the green country of Thousand hills. Feel free to ask for a stop over to take a picture for the places you like, the guide can also recommend a best spots for that.
Optionals: On the way to Nyungwe, you can visit the king palace for a short culture tour, Ethnographic museum and the Genocide memorials.
Arriving at Nyungwe National Park and check in to the accommodation.
Lunch time.
Relax at the resort or take nature walk to the tea plantation.

Day2:
The chimpanzee trekking starts early in the morning. At 4:30AM we shall be at the park reception. The tour guide will come for pick up and take you to the reception for a short briefing and drive to the starting point of the trek. When you meet chimpanzee group, you have an hour to spend with them! You get the opportunity to see their daily activities and learn more about their behaviors. Your informative tour guide will tell you some fascinating facts about these special primates. You will see how social are the chimpanzees. Be able to identify who leads the group, family life for instance how the baby is cared for in the chimp life, and the size of the group.
At the end of the experience, go for lunch.
Drive back to Kigali
