3 DAY SHORT TRIP TOUR TO MARANGU ROUTE

A two-day hiking tour has been meticulously crafted to cater to beginners seeking an accessible yet exhilarating experience. This itinerary includes visits to Marangu Gate, Mandara Hut, and Holombo Hut, making it ideal for families with young adventurers.

DAY 1: MARANGU GATE – MANDARA HUT

Upon waking, early in the morning, guests are picked up by a professional driver and transported to Marangu Gate, located on the eastern outskirts of Kilimanjaro National Park. Upon reaching the park entrance, guides facilitate necessary registrations before initiating the ascent towards Mandara Hut. Here, visitors traverse through dense forests, encountering various flora such as Eucalyptus trees, alongside diverse wildlife including Colobus Monkeys and Blue Monkeys. A brief rest period follows, allowing for an optional lunch break, followed by continued hiking to reach Mandara Hut.

Following the craters, guests begin their descent along the same trail back to Marangu Gate, accompanied by a professional driver from Kitano Tour & Safari. Once at the gate, they are driven back to their accommodation in Moshi or Arusha.

At the gate, they are again picked up by a professional driver and driven back to their accommodation in Moshi or Arusha.
