Accompanied by a naturalist guide, participants venture into the heart of the nature reserve covering approximately 1,200 hectares. This expansive area comprises a diverse array of natural habitats typical of the Camargue region, housing an impressive array of flora and fauna comprising 3,500 distinct species, featuring 5 bulls and horses as well as over 300 bird species observable throughout the seasons: ducks, raptors, storks, flamingos, herons, among others. Notably, the site supports nine species of European herons, one of which being the iconic starbutor.

The starting point for this guided tour is situated before the reception of the Vigueirat marshes. Guided by the experienced naturalist, visitors board an electric minibus to traverse the heart of the nature reserve, which lies approximately 5 kilometers southward from the initial location. Upon arrival at the destination, various observation points are utilized to explore the avian inhabitants within the Marais environment. Throughout this expedition, the naturalist guide elucidates on the unique characteristics of each species observed, providing comprehensive insights into both wildlife and ecological landscapes.

This two-and-a-half-hour excursion offers a versatile experience catering to individuals of varying interests and age groups. Despite its specialized focus on ornithology, these tours are inclusive enough to accommodate families and individuals seeking outdoor exploration opportunities. The itinerary is designed to align seamlessly with seasonal changes, ensuring continuous engagement with the diverse wildlife present in the Marais ecosystem.

Includes	The provision of support and the return of visitors to the Vigueirat marsh reception area will be ensured, along with the provision of a long-term stay for the entire group. Access to multiple fauna observatories will also be made available. A naturalist guide will offer support throughout the visit. Entrance tickets will include free admission to the surrounding nature reserve. On-site facilities will include drinks and meals, as well as amenities such as twin beds, cameras, sunscreen, and hats. Additionally, sun protection products will be supplied.
