You will begin your tour with a visit to the winery, during which you will be told about the history and tradition of this enchanted place.
A place of medieval origins, made possible thanks to the work of the Benedictine Monks and their respect for nature: respect handed down from generation to generation and that has led today to the existence of vineyards that are the expression of a unique and exclusive ecosystem.

Only organic techniques and biodynamic technologies are used for the production of the wines; in fact, only materials found in nature are used to fertilize the soils, and to scan the various phases of cultivation we rely on the observation of lunar cycles.
