05:00 Depart Maputo city to Eswatini, the drive takes us around 4 hours through the Lebombo mountains
In Swazi culture the highest traditional political, economic, and ritual powers are shared between a hereditary male
ruler and his mother or a mother substitute who holds the official position of Queen Mother. Polygyny is the
traditional ideal, each marriage involving the payment of a bride-price.
09:00 Arrive at Mantenga Cultural Village (take a break before the tour of the village starts)
09:20 Tour of the Village with a local swazi guide (feel free to ask questions) and after the tour you will take a short hike to
see the waterfalls waterfalls
10:30 Cultural dance
11:30 Drive to Swazi Candle factory (you will a chance to see how the man and women makes and design art from candles
and also visit the candle shop where you can buy some gifts for your loved ones back home) and art market
12:30 Lunch, after the visit you can have an hour of having lunch at the near to the candle factory before you start your
journey back to Maputo.
14:00 Depart Swazi candle factory to Maputo ( this drive will be again around 4 hours from the candle factory to Maputo)
18:00 Arrive Maputo
