Ensure your smartphone supports eSIM functionality prior to making the purchase. Additionally, it's crucial to confirm that your device is unlocked since phones locked in China, Hong Kong, and Macau are incompatible with eSIM technology. Furthermore, devices sourced from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan also fall under this restriction.
Each device can store up to eight distinct eSIM QR codes simultaneously, allowing users to manage multiple SIM cards efficiently. However, a single eSIM card may be utilized at a time.
Please adhere to the stipulated timeframe of 30 days post-receipt to activate and utilize the eSIM card successfully. Failure to comply with this timeline may result in the eSIM becoming invalidated and unfunctional.
Should you fail to receive the eSIM activation email, please review your spam or junk mail folders for possible miscommunication or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Lastly, remember to retain the eSIM QR code after its initial activation phase. Should you attempt to remove the eSIM QR code, our support services will not be able to rectify the issue effectively.
