Upon completion of your purchase, you shall receive three notifications concerning your booking order, each containing this message. Among these, one notification will provide you with an electronic SIM card (eSIM) QR code. You are instructed to carefully scan the appropriate eSIM QR code; failure to do so may result in the inability to activate the eSIM on your device. Should you inadvertently scan the incorrect QR code and encounter difficulties in installing the eSIM, we shall not be responsible for refunds or accept liability for such situations.

It is imperative to confirm that your mobile device supports eSIM technology prior to making your purchase. Furthermore, certain devices sold in specific regions, such as those originating from China Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau, do not support eSIM functionality. Similarly, Samsung smartphones available in China Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan also lack eSIM compatibility.

Each individual device can store and utilize multiple eSIM QR codes, although only one eSIM can be active simultaneously. Therefore, users should ensure proper storage and activation of their eSIMs within the specified timeframe—namely, within thirty days of receipt of the eSIM, after which the device's eSIM becomes invalid and unusable.

Should you fail to receive the eSIM activation email, it is advisable to review your spam or junk folders or reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Additionally, once the eSIM is activated, it should not be removed from the device. Attempting to deactivate the eSIM could lead to further complications and hinder the process of resolving issues associated with your eSIM activation.

The network type for this eSIM is 4G. This option does not permit sharing capabilities through hotspot/tethering services. Your plan is specifically designed for data usage purposes only, with no throttling applied during periods of heavy data consumption. To reset your daily data allowance, the system automatically activates the eSIM upon its installation into your device within twenty-four hours post-receipt. Afterward, one additional data usage count is recorded for every twenty-four-hour period.
