This is a high level experience where you have a chance to partecipate in a masterclass of fresh pasta learning how to make 3 KINDS OF PASTA:

Pasta will be served with traditional sauces of town, such as butter and saige and the world wide famous Bolognaise sauce...or how we call in it town Ragu'
Each dish will be paired with the right wine in order to valorise the meal.
Wine selection is made by my "almost" sommellier wife. You will taste JUST organic wines from our favorite wineries of Italy, small producers (around 10-12k bottles a year) that is hard to find on a commercial shop
You start to taste during the aperitivo when you arrive at home till the dessert.
Wine is UNLIMITED, we can open ALL bottles we like :)
