From the top of the peak of Aiguille du Midi, marvel at the breath-taking views at 3,842m. Nearby, spot Mont Blanc and the Grandes Jorasses. Glimpse the Matterhorn standing proudly in the distance.
Next, descend once more to the village of Chamonix for some free time in this picturesque alpine destination. Peruse local shops and restaurants for their local specialties. You'll have about an hour and a half of free time before re-joining your guide for the afternoon.
