We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to the north of the island where the desert landscapes enchant all visitors.

First of all we will visit a pottery factory where the locals make art out of clay and dough that can serve as souvenirs for travellers, here you can also learn how to make turtles, pots and other pieces of clay.
You will vsit a local farm and see how they handle with the animals (Donkey, Goat, Chicken, Rabit, pig)
here you will learn how to milk a goat and learn how cape verdean people make goat cheese.
In the village of Joao Galego you will visit a local project where a group of women create handicrafts with recycled products and earn their livelihoods by selling these products.
You will also visit the sea museum created by a marine protection organization and get to know the different marine life such as whales, seabirds, turtles, dolphins, among others.
Also visit a family that makes goat cheese in the traditional way with different flavors and with pepper and come with us to test these flavors
