Starting from Cusco on a two-day, one-night itinerary, we will explore Machupicchu, known as the "lost city of the Incas," amidst breathtaking landscapes.

On Day One:

Our journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Cusco, followed by a transfer via private vehicle to the Ollantaytambo train station. We'll spend around 2 hours en route, stopping along the way to capture scenic views and engage in photography opportunities. Upon arrival at the station, we'll proceed to the main boarding door of the tourist train bound for "Machupicchu Pueblo" (or "Aguas Calientes"), where we'll depart shortly after. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding terrain.

Upon arrival, a hotel transfer will be awaiting us to bring us to our accommodations in Aguas Calientes. There, we'll have the remainder of the day to familiarize ourselves with the town and its amenities.

For Day Two:

Our adventure continues with a morning pickup from our hotel in Aguas Calientes and a short bus journey lasting approximately 30 minutes to reach the entrance of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. Here, we'll embark upon a private guided tour that spans three hours. Our knowledgeable guide will lead us through various sectors of the site, sharing fascinating historical narratives and providing insightful information. Throughout the tour, we'll photograph key features of the archaeological site, allowing ample time for contemplation of both the ruins and the surrounding natural beauty.

Following the tour, we'll board another bus for the return trip to Aguas Calientes. At the station, we'll await the opportunity to board our train back to Ollantaytambo. Once aboard, our driver will arrange for a convenient pickup at our hotel in Cusco to return us to our accommodation.

Pickup times are as follows: - Car: 105 minutes - Train: 105 minutes - Bus/Coach: 30 minutes The return journey involves visiting Aguas Calientes with an overnight stay of two days and nights. Additionally, there are two drop-off locations: 1. Plaza Kusipata or Plaza de Armas 2. Alejandro Velasco Astete Airport Please note that itineraries may vary depending on circumstances.
Highlights	Personalized Service The guide will proceed at your pace while ensuring smooth navigation throughout the journey. Stops will be made along the route to capture scenic views and photographs for appreciation. Comfortable and private transportation will be provided throughout the trip.
Includes	DAY 1 The traveler will be picked up from their hotel in Cusco by private transportation. They will then proceed to the Ollantaytambo train station where they will board an expedition category tourist train bound for "Machu Picchu town." Upon arrival at Machupicchu town, the traveler will be transferred by private vehicle to the hotel which has been waiting for them upon their arrival. For one night, the traveler will stay in a double or matrimonial room at the "Las Terrazas del Inca" hotel located in Machupicchu town. DAY 2 After breakfast, the traveler will depart from the hotel via bus to visit the Sanctuary of Machupicchu. Visiting permits for the sanctuary will be obtained, followed by a guided tour conducted by a private guide who can provide commentary in either English or Spanish. This segment lasts approximately three hours. Following the excursion, the traveler will board a return expedition category tourist train from Machupicchu town back to Ollantaytambo. Thereafter, the traveler will enjoy a transfer back to their original accommodations in Cusco via private means. Additional expenses such as feeding, drinks, and tips will be covered within this itinerary.
