Following this initial exploration, participants will ascend higher into the landscape, venturing into the dense canopy layer of the cloud forest. After a strenuous yet exhilarating ascent, tourists will traverse across the Tarabita River, crossing over from one bank to another. Proceeding along a well-marked trail, they will descend towards the riverbank, where they can engage in a leisurely dip before returning to their starting point. Upon regaining consciousness, guests will proceed to explore the local artisanal chocolate production facility. Through interactive workshops and demonstrations, they will gain insight into the complex process involved in crafting this beloved delicacy, including fermentation, drying, grinding, and finally, conching.
