Panda Volunteer Project Day Trip(Wolong/Du Jiang Yan)

The proposed experience entails collaboration with panda keepers, encompassing responsibilities such as maintaining enclosure cleanliness and preparing meals for the pandas.

The designated driver/guide will be awaiting your arrival at the hotel lobby at 07:00 AM. Following this, they shall proceed to transport you to the Dujiang Yan Panda Base, where your journey will commence approximately one hour later. Upon arrival, you will engage in a series of activities designed to deepen your understanding and appreciation of giant pandas.

During your day's engagement, you will begin your tasks promptly at 09:00 AM, focusing on cleaning the panda enclosures and preparing fresh bamboo for the animals' consumption. Your primary responsibilities during this period will involve maintaining the cleanliness and health of the enclosures.

Following lunch, scheduled at 12:00 PM (buffet), you will embark on an educational activity titled "Panda Movie Watch." This session is intended to provide insight into the lives of giant pandas through engaging films and documentaries, complemented by interactive components such as making panda cakes. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge through expert-led sessions, culminating in the issuance of certificates recognizing their contributions as volunteers.

At 13:30 PM, your afternoon activities conclude, followed by a drive back to Chengdu.

It should be noted that there is a potential charge applicable under certain circumstances, specifically if you opt to undertake the same project at the Wolong Panda Base rather than the Dujiang Yan Panda Base. Should this situation arise due to full booking of the Dujiang Yan Panda Base, the extra cost will apply.

The arrangement of this tour has been facilitated in collaboration with both the Dujiang Yan and Wolong Panda Bases. As such, travelers participating in the expedition must thoroughly comprehend the stipulations associated with our services, including any contingencies that may necessitate adjustments.

In the event of unforeseen events or cancellations resulting from natural disasters, government orders, or unanticipated factors, arrangements will be renegotiated upon notification. In cases of emergent situations, detailed explanations will follow once these modifications have been implemented.
