- For flights delayed by less than 30 minutes, the waiting period begins immediately after the flight lands.
- In cases of delays exceeding 30 minutes but not more than 60 minutes, the waiting period extends to the next scheduled flight arrival time.
- Any subsequent delays beyond this point trigger a shift to the earliest possible pick-up time, typically starting from the original scheduled arrival time plus 90 minutes.

Please note, if a flight arrives earlier than expected, the waiting period commences once the scheduled flight arrival time is reached. If the flight departs early, arrangements for a later pick-up time should be made with the driver.
