You can do a quick sweaty hike for 3 hours or more. Depending with what you want to do, Pugu Hills can offer a quick interaction with mother nature as you wait to start your experience elsewhere or waiting to catch that midnight flight back home.

Common Circuit Trail:
After the pick up from your hotel or Airport you will be driven straight to the forest and meet your guide a quick registration and start your activity right away or head to the campsite if you are camping.
You can opt to start with the 2KM warm up before conquering the Msollo peak where you can see 90% of the Dar es salaam city. Head to Mavoga spiritual cave, where the cave is in use to date for local tribe for praying and offerings.
Still got some juice in you? Conquer the Mkongo trail and emerge at Bamboo parking using antiaris trail for the kayaking session after rest. The stories in between will keep you company as you are amazed by nature and beauty of this one of the World nature forest, meet with birds and small animals along the way.

21 KM Circuit:
This is for all who loves to walk long, you follow the same trail and exit at antiaris trail to Kinyanyiko trail all the way to bat cave. Exit the forest and mingle with the local community as walk in the streets.
