Discover Château Haute-Nauve, a family estate since 1930 in Saint-Émilion, with a family member, Marie-Anne or Florent (mother and son). Discover the production of the owners, visit the wine cellars and finish the experience with a tasting of three different wines from the castle.
Start with a presentation of the vineyard, where you will discover the family history (4th generation) of the estate, the specificities and the grape varieties of the Saint-Émilion appellation.
Then visit the vinification cellar to learn more about the entire production process, including fermentation, pumping and pressing. The visit ends in the barrel cellar, where you will see the methods used for the aging of wine.
Finish with a guided tasting of three wines from the castle, two of which are in the appellation Grand Cru.
