Winery 1:
While visiting the first winery on the tour, sample four tasty wines, Assyrtiko, Aidani, Nychteri, and a dessert wine, Mezzo or Vinsanta. Accompany your wine tasting with Greek goat cheese and rusks.
Winery 2:
Gain insight into the wine-making process during a short tour of the estate vineyards and production area, followed by a short presentation on Santorinian vineyards and their unique characteristics. Enjoy tasting 3-4 wines, an assortment of snacks, and other delicacies. As you explore the winery and indulge in wine tasting, benefit from the knowledge and experience of the sommelier who is accompanying you.
Winery 3:
At your last stop on this winery tour explore the flavors of 4 different wines and enjoy delicious food pairings. After your wine tasting, sit down to enjoy a multi-course traditional Greek degustation menu, designed by a top chef and presented in a contemporary way, emphasizing local fresh produce and Santorinian wine.
After dinner, it is time to head back to your hotel or villa. In the summer end your tour by stopping at a caldera to watch the sunset and soak in the beauty of Santorini.
**Meal at the winery is available from mid April to End of October.
All other months the 3rd winery is replaced by a restaurant.
