PESTO EXPERIENCE - The most popular course: we have taught more than 20,000 guests how to make Pesto!

You will learn the preparation and secrets for making REAL Pesto according to the Genoese recipe.

Work with a real mortar all for you under the guidance of a Personal Chef... in the end the PESTO PRODUCT WILL BE YOURS! You will receive a special container to take away the fruit of your labor.

PASTA EXPERIENCE - I Corzetti, ancient Ligurian pasta made with wooden molds and Genoese potato gnocchi.
