Archaeological Park Of Dion
The Archaeological Park of Dion is the most important archeological site at Mt Olympus. In the area comprised by the archeological park of Dion Sanctuaries, were found from Hellenistic and Roman periods.
The Monastery is the most important Greek Orthodox monastery in the Pieria Prefecture. It is located at the Enipeas ravine at an altitude of 850 m. The original monastery, established in 1542, was destroyed by the Germans in 1943.
